Neoprene rubber sheet and NBR rubber sheet are different in structure,characteristics and performance and application occasions.
I.Structure and composition
Neoprene rubber sheet is copolymerized from chloroprene and chloroethylene,containing chloroethyl and chlorobutyl;while NBR rubber sheet is copolymerized from acrylonitrile and butadiene,containing cyanohydrin.
II.Characteristics and performance
Neoprene rubber sheet has good tensile strength,excellent physical toughness,good heat resistance,ozone resistance,weather resistance,not afraid of refrigerants,dilute acid resistance,silicone ester lubricating oil,flame retardancy,not spontaneous combustion.
NBR rubber sheet has good oil resistance,water resistance,solvent resistance,air tightness,high pressure oil resistance and excellent bonding performance.Working in oil(oil,diesel,gasoline,lubricating oil)medium,it has sealing and expansion resistance.It has good compressibility,wear resistance and elongation.
III.Application occasions
Neoprene rubber sheet is widely used in wires and cables,sealing materials,gloves,etc.,and can also be used to make flame retardant materials and outer materials of hovercraft.
NBR rubber sheet is widely used in making various oil-resistant rubber products,a variety of oil-resistant gaskets,oil seals,seals,gaskets,casing,flexible packaging,soft rubber pipes,printing and dyeing rubber wheels,cable adhesive materials,and grease contact workbench,ground,electronic products place laying,etc.,in the automobile,aviation,petroleum,copying and other industries become essential elastic materials.
