Vulcanized rubber refers to rubber that has been vulcanized, which has the characteristics of not becoming sticky and not easily breaking, and most rubber products are made of this rubber. It is also called vulcanized rubber, commonly known as rubber or rubber. It is the collective term for the rubber material after vulcanization processing. After vulcanization, the vulcanized rubber forms a three-dimensional structure in the interior of the rubber, which has high elasticity, heat resistance, tensile strength, and insolubility in organic solvents. Most rubber products are vulcanized rubber.
The vulcanization process of rubber also involves the control of vulcanization temperature, as well as the correct selection and use of vulcanizing agents and accelerators. Higher vulcanization temperature will shorten the vulcanization time, but it should be noted that rubber products may have uneven vulcanization due to uneven temperature. The vulcanization process is further divided into the scorching stage, the hot vulcanization stage, the flat vulcanization stage, and the over-vulcanization stage.
