Anti-static rubber sheet and insulating rubber sheet are two types of rubber sheets that are commonly used in the industrial field.The question arises:Does insulating rubber sheet have anti-static properties?
Insulating rubber sheet does not have anti-static properties.Anti-static rubber sheet is a product with a resistance value of less than 10^11 ohms as an anti-static product,and a better anti-static product has a resistance value of 10^6 ohms to 10^9 ohms(i.e.electrostatic sub-conductor),because the resistance value is lower,the anti-static product has conductive properties and can discharge static electricity.Insulating rubber sheet is a product with a resistance value of more than 10^12 ohms as an insulating product(i.e.electrostatic non-conductor),and it is easy to generate static electricity and cannot discharge it itself.In other words,anti-static is able to conduct electricity,so places that require insulation must not use anti-static rubber sheet,as it is more likely to cause electrical breakdown.

Insulating rubber sheet is mainly made of rubber insulating materials.It is widely used in substations,plantas de energía,salas de distribución,laboratorios,and on-site live work.It should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment,lejos de fuentes de calor,at least 20cm away from the ground and walls.Avoid acid,álcali,contaminación por petróleo,y evitar la luz solar directa.

Anti-static rubber sheet is mainly made of anti-static(conductive)materials and dissipative static electricity materials such as synthetic rubber.It has a double-layer composite structure,with the surface layer being the dissipative static layer and the bottom layer being the conductive layer.It has a long service life and has anti-acid,anti-alkali,and anti-chemical solvent properties,and is also wear-resistant and easy to clean.It is used in the production workshops and laboratories of the electronic semiconductor industry,electronic computers,electronic communication equipment,and integrated circuits,etc.microelectronic industries.It is mainly used for paving desktop,assembly line work surface,shelves and making floor MATS,etc.,and suitable for different conditions,different environment needs.
