Nitrile butadiene rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene,with excellent oil resistance.In addition,it also has good resistance to water,solventes,opresión de gas,high-pressure oil resistance,and excellent adhesion properties.
Nitrile butadiene rubber sheets are mainly produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization method,with acrylonitrile content ranging from 18%to 50%.The higher the acrylonitrile content,the better the resistance to petrochemical oil products and hydrocarbon fuels,but the low-temperature performance deteriorates.The general use temperature range is-25 to 100℃.Nitrile butadiene rubber is one of the most commonly used butadiene rubbers for oil seals and O-rings.
Nitrile butadiene rubber sheets have good resistance to oil,agua,solventes,opresión de gas,high-pressure oil resistance,and excellent adhesion properties.They work in oil medium(engine oil,diesel,gasolina,aceite lubricante)and have sealing and anti-expansion properties.They have good compression,resistencia al desgaste,and elongation force.
Nitrile butadiene rubber sheets are widely used to make various oil-resistant butadiene rubber products,tales como juntas resistentes al aceite,arandelas,mangas,tubes,envasado suave,soft butadiene rubber hoses,printing ink rollers,and cable butadiene rubber materials,etc.They have become indispensable elastic materials in the automotive,aviación,petróleo,y copiando industrias.
