Primero,considering the formula design,mainly the varieties of raw rubber.The varieties and dosage of vulcanization system and filler.The high tensile strength formula should adopt crystalline rubber such as natural rubber,chloroprene rubber or chlorosulfonated polyethylene,and the rubber content is generally about 60%.
Segundo,select active filler(such as carbon black.White carbon black),and disperse evenly when mixed.When using active filler as a supplement,it should be used properly.
Tercero,the tensile strength is related to the structure of rubber.When the number is small,the sub-value of intermolecular interaction is small.Other factors affecting the intermolecular force will affect the tensile strength.
