Rubber gasket can be bonded using special rubber adhesives,butadiene adhesives,silicone adhesives,or hot-melt adhesives.Here are descriptions of various methods:
Rubber adhesive.Suitable for bonding soft rubber materials such as TPR,HIPS,soft PVC,and artificial rubber.It has the characteristics of slow curing,high flexibility,and strong adhesion.
Hot-melt adhesive.Suitable for bonding surfaces that are clean and heated to 120 to 190°C.
Polybutadiene or silicone adhesives.Suitable for bonding to other materials such as metals.
When bonding,it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the rubber pad is clean,oil-free,and dust-free to improve adhesion.Apply the adhesive evenly to the contact surface of the rubber pad and press for at least 5 到 10 minutes until it dries.If using 502 粘合剂,it is necessary to pre-treat the base surface and keep it dry.For elastic substrates such as silicone rubber,CL-14 series back adhesive treatment agent or slow-curing adhesive KN-300 can be used.
