One,Wear
This is one of the most common types of failures. When fluid contains hard particles, these particles impact the inner wall of the pipe, causing wear on the rubber lining.Additionally, high fluid velocity can exacerbate the degree of wear. Therefore, when selecting rubber lining materials,we should consider the properties of the fluid and the fluid velocity among other factors.
Two,Rupture
If the internal pressure of the pipe is too high or it is subjected to external impact, the rubber lining may rupture.Additionally, temperature changes may cause the rubber lining to deform and crack. To avoid this,we need to regularly check the internal pressure and temperature of the pipe and perform necessary maintenance and maintenance.
Three,Aging
As the use of rubber linings increases, they gradually lose their elasticity and wear resistance. This may be caused by environmental factors such as light, temperature, and humidity. Therefore, when using rubber linings,we should pay attention to the use environment and conditions to extend their service life.
Four,Delamination
In some cases, rubber linings may exhibit delamination. This may be caused by improper construction or poor material quality. To avoid such situations,we need to choose reliable rubber lining materials and strictly follow the installation requirements.
Soluciones de falla de revestimiento de goma
1.Replace New Pipe Sections
For rubber linings that have been seriously worn or damaged,we can choose to replace new pipe sections. This can ensure the normal operation of the conveyance system.
2.Patching Repair
If the damage to the rubber lining is small,we can choose to repair it with patching. This method has a lower cost and can be completed during production without affecting production.
3.Overlapping Sulfurization Repair Method
For certain special cases of rubber lining damage,we can use the overlapping sulfurization repair method. This method can restore the performance of the rubber lining, but requires special equipment and technology.
4.Re-gluing the Outer Steel Plate
For rubber linings that have delaminated,we can choose to repair them by re-gluing the outer steel plate. This not only restores the function of the rubber lining, but also improves the overall strength and stability of the pipeline.
In addition to the above repair methods,we can also prevent rubber lining failures through preventive measures. For example, when selecting rubber lining materials,we need to consider the properties of the fluid and flow rate, etc.During the installation process,we need to strictly follow the construction requirements;during the use process,we need to regularly check the pressure and temperature of the pipe interior and carry out necessary maintenance and maintenance.
